In the deep of night
the shadow of darkness is the only sight
in quiet repose of life journey
in my solitary sojourn.
the power of meditation
sharpens my mind's perspective
ever increases the awareness
of our citizens' fate.
in a country like Singapore
emulating the Swiss standard
only for the elite and upper echelon
the suffering of the citizens prolong.
is PAP governing past its time
to the dismay of the populace
Is there a new awakening
to redeem the country's grandeur.
without a change
life will be tough,
voting for a new government
to replace the last.....
