The realization of self is the inner awareness of the one force that for me, through so many years of meditation and retreats, it made me a better person in relation to others' needs and demand, truth and untruth, kindness and ill-will, compassion and heartlessness.
We live in a world full of hate and violence but in many place we do find love and benevolence..We live to see the unfolding of the cosmic exuberance in relation to our transient existence. We must live well !
