The tighter the grasp, the deeper the hurt .

The tighter the grasp, the deeper the hurt -The little Red Dot has turned blueblack-

PAP govt is the rule of men not the rule of law. Since they came into power, the consolidation of their force on citizens, handicapped many good opposition party members.

Politics is that ruthless. If not LKY will not have exercised ISA and in one big sweep detained so many political dissidents without trial. And history was created for PAP to stay in power with so many underhand means.

To this new generation of PAP ministers, they yap about inclusive society, family value and n
ational conversation. All these are but their wider agenda to perpetuate their power control, knowing that S'pore citizens will not buy what they said now. PAP had hoodwinked the citizens for far too long.

S'pore is no more a country but a coporation ruled by the LEE family and its cronies. The greatest awakening is when PAP just weighed the dollars and open the floodgate to too many foreigners. Now our tiny little red dot is suffering from cultural shock n As it is not only of space but encroachment of our lives too. Are we not insane to see a 6.9 million population? As it is now many citizens are in suffocation.

.The stress factor has reached a point of no return. And many citizens are silently 'swallowing the dead cat' to wait for the opportune time to root out PAP.....And when will be the best time to test our citizens power than in GE2016.

S'pore must be saved from many such mismanagement of a country. PAP has ruled S'pore too long for their own comfort.Nothing short of the govt's and ministers' sweet talks will bring back the good old days of what PAP was ????

A new coalition party should be in the offing come 2016.

An unfilial son........

Nothing is more heartbreaking than an unfilial son. Is it the society that put stress  on the inddividual kid or is it the upbringing process.

When the parent has done their duty and brought up the child but for no good reason showed unfiliality towards you. It is a terrible thing.

Many old age parents have to fence for themselves with no financial support from their children.

A S'pore society with the high cost of living created all these years by the very PAP govt that the citizens voted in, it is a woe to see families crying out for help with small family members unable to assist.

Our govt need to stress more on the value of family cohesion and the Confucius teaching of filial piety.

In reflection of the cause and effect of living

At this threshold of my existence, I am stricken with glaucoma and it really changed my life. The window of my life only emits a little ray of light. My vision is dimmed and blurred though I had undergone operation on my right and left eye.

It is so difficult to come to terms with my predicament of fate as one who likes to write and blog. But life journey is so unpredictable. It is the cause and effect of living and it may be the karma of my life. I have resigned to my fate.

My mental faculty is less agile now and I find myself struggling to write and straining on my both eyes. I just pray to God that I will not go blind.....

S'pore ministers do not gain due respect from many citizens.

Singapore ministers do not gain due respect from many citizens !

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 8:27am

Respect is not sought but is gained. For the record, we are not talking about those old guard ministers that had etched a mark for S'pore and for themselves .

Present day newbie ministers of PAP are mostly jettisoned to their high post without even an iota of what politics is ALL about. They may be 'expert' in their paper qualification. Based on their scholastic excellence, each stepped into the political arena to exhibit their given power as a minister. What a sweeping way to induct a minister!!

But the reality of human interaction and understanding of human suffering is not what a political minister thinks he can handle in his controlling political way.

Let us take our PM Lee, all know his ability as a student from Cambridge. But then his path to stardom was all laid for him through the political connectivity of our system...Doubtless, it will happen anywhere in the world on political dominance.

He lacks true empathy and compassion for people. But he is good to own up to his wrongs and say 'sorry' but that is it. And everything is back to square one. His relentless pursuit to attain high GDP and strong economic growth, in fact made S'pore at the bottom of the table in terms of growth compared to other Asean countries.

There is no comparison of father LKY and son. But living in the shadow of such a father  who with the old guards transformed S'pore to today. PM LHL is wearing too heavy a hat for comfort.

Many of his policies failed miserably and directly affected citizens lives, more so the poor and struggling.

In political control of a country, it is always easy to run the country your way. Hence, we are seeing the decline of PAP dominance with such arrogance of his young ministers who as ministers think that it is their privilege and prerogative to speak even before perfecting on their silence.

The latest joke is when our gracious minister Grace Fu, with S'pore facing a dengue epidemic and patients are suffering from the disease, she can ask patients to avoid to be bitten by the mozzies. (Or did she really say that?) That is utterly preposterous of a million paid minister who as usual jettisoned to her position more so on her father James Fu who was the Private Secretary of LKY then. So, political connectivity is here to stay!
Is that what we want in our ministers who lack the emotional quotient (EQ)? And many would doubt her IQ too in this instance.

And who would forget what Vivian Balakhrisnan's heartless rendition of his symphony of  "you want to eat in hawker center, foodcourt or restaurant". It needs no elaboration on his lack of compassion to the poor and needy!

Other newbie ministers should take a cue from public sentiments to know their worth and popularity....
We can highlight more atrocious gaffs and bloopers of what our novice young ministers said and done.
But this is not what we want in our ministers. We want true down-to earth and non-pretentious human who can empathise with citizens hardship. We want a share in a inclusive S'pore , not a S'pore only for the PAP and their crony elites!

Acting minister Tan Chuan Jin (TCJ) from the 'army,' is one minister who started on the wrong note of his political infamy when handling the strike of the PRC bus drivers. And on to the regulation of on-line sites and blogs, TCJ had another round of below par performance on CNA live on the on-line regulation issue...But then everyone knows he was made a fall guy in place of Yaacob Ibrahim our senior veteran minister that should be his ministry to handle this issue. Well that is politics too!

One minister that stood out is DPM and Finance minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam....he is a measured man in his speech. I had watched him many times in his parliament speeches (from the public gallery). He has that bit of understanding of the complexities of human.

As we move on into the next GE 2016....PAP will know well that it is only the new citizens (brought in without due consideration of true blue citizens) that would support them....Singaporeans who have that little spleen left, would know well to decide on a new political awakening of at least a two party system of checks and balance...

Singaporeans destiny will be decided by the VOTES to come in GE 2016....

Are we citizens not looking for a more inclusive society and S'pore?

Divine Sex and Sexual Promiscuity.

Divine Sex and Sexual Promiscuity.

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at 6:26pm

A one night stand is the best sex without encumbrance...But when emotion sets into sex life and over-indulgence of sexual activities will bring more woe than joy to the perpetrator.

Living is a balance of Yin and Yang...so is sex. The ideal love partner will be a couple who is fully devoted to the other in love, in sex and in one soul. Promiscuity is the curse of sexual intercourse without a moral understanding of what divine sex is all about..

I have reached a point in my life to stay rational on sex and have devoted more time in meditation than in sex...The awakening of oneself brings about the joy of deep understanding of our existence than the joy and sorrow of sex....At any point in time when the mind overcomes the fetters of sexual lust and temptation, sex is but just a cup of tea!

The greater decadence of the world comes with uninhibited sexual activities...mainly against one's moral of our religion. But who in our lustful and temptation mind would heed all the Holy Books of "Thou shall not commit adultery or take thy neighbour's wife as your own.

Sex orgies are rampant in most high societies, as in Hollywood celebrities.

Human cannot live by the law of nature..so the rule of law defines how a society of beings live. If there is no law to protect under-aged girls, many sex-sick men will do the impossible to sex and rape young girls. So the rule of law is to curtail the lustful and sexual desire of many a voyeur.

Divine sex is a one man one woman sexual experience of heavenly union...

What bachelors, divorced men and separated men do in their spare time!

What bachelors, divorced men or separated men do in their spare time?

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 11:08am

What bachelors, divorced men or separated men do in their spare time ?

In a society like S'pore, it has its share of bachelors, divorcees (men) and separated men (but never divorced)...Many reasons for such men to stay that way and enjoy the carefree of life.

Bachelors nite is a nite to paint the town red..Bachelors do not care a damn on their lifestyle because they do not answer to anyone except their conscience of action...Life after work is booze for many....pretty women and illicit sex on the loose..I have many bachelor friend to give me their first hand experience of life on the fast lane.

But the sad truth is ..sometimes some bachelors got hooked to a pretty coquettish money-faced 'hooker' (can be from anywhere) and in the end with starry-loved eyes love-that-never-can-be, lost everything to the woman's most potent advance ( her orifice)..Woe to such bachelors!

Divorced men fair a little better because of their experience as a family man before and the maintenance he got to provide this ex-wife and children, cannot be too all out to philander...But solitude is a divorced man's nemesis..hence drinks and women are the best choice to 'sexcite' a void self....Many will pay for sex and screw the hell out of their life...having failed in a married life!

Separate men are in limbo...still legally married but never had the warm of family life anymore ..nor do the wife gives him sex...Many this kind of man will try their best to look for a good sexual tryst to keep up their inflated ego of failure and loneliness of no sex Men just cannot go without sex, nor do women...Sad truth and hard truths! though women may have a better control of their sexual urge.

Love is sex and sex is love...Hollywood stars fcuked till the living daylights and take divorce as drinking a daily cup of fruit juice..

In our conservative Asian culture ...we may stay discreet but underneath the yearning and frustration of a void life of sex...many affairs can commence with joy or with sorrow!

Human entanglement in love and sex is the very mechanism of happiness as well as disaster...We live to love yet many cannot love to live.

As human moves on into the realms of sexual bliss and disappointment...human, be it men or women....it is how we accept our destiny of living that will bring us to a more happy and conducive world and society...

Ninety-nine percent of men (me included) may have illicit sex in their life yet goes to heaven on earth..but the sad goodie one percent will live in hell of a family man and never taste the blossom of 'wild flower'.   Morally right...sexually wrong !!

Sex is an experience of the ultimate orgasmic thrill be it one . two  or multiple  orgasm in a woman..And it is the man who will be the master of it. How a man performs is important, be it oral sex or 69 sex or coitus sex..So man may need more women in his life...And the Woman Charter needs to be abolished!! Men must marry more wife to procreate in our present context of S'pore's baby deficit !

We moderate our life to the principle of our need and once we over-indulged our lifestyle...it is not for others to judge but for self to examine the moral aspect of our existence..

Sex is not sin..but we sin in sex...This is a living world of decadence!

Virginity and Sexual Intercourse.

Sexual Intercourse and Virginity

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 3:31am

Sex intercourse is practised the world over as long as there are living beings...Human just cannot go without intercourse be it man or woman...So is the animal world of sex!

In this modern world and the advent of sex gadgets, sexual intercourse has reached a different level of needs.
Girls and boys as young as 15 years can lose their virginity to sexual intercourse. The social fabric of change exacerbated it. Virginity is as rare as spotting the blue whale in the ocean! Sexual intercourse brings about the joy of marriage in the lawful sense..but then many sexual tryst and illicit sex is the order of the day.

Couples in love will practise sex...if no sex there is no love, it is intertwined. The ultimate of human satisfaction is sexual intercourse. The cumulative effects of orgasm is heaven on earth. It is the melting of the soul. Here we are talking about healthy sexual intercourse of married husbands and wives.

Man tends to love sex more said a sexologist but I believe women can be sexual demons too when their wants are high and need to satisfy their desire..In this instance men would be at their mercy.

Virginity was very guarded in olden times...but in our decadent society of sexual deviation and illicit sex, virginity is no more important to many men. What men needs is the best sexual love and how well a woman can perform the sexual act on him, Likewise many women cannot be easily satisfied..double orgasm is the order of the day in sexual exotic reality not fantasy. Hence virgins are viewed as sexual inexperienced.

Men cannot go without sex, women too. Hence when nature is forced on a monk and nun to practise celibacy, it is against the natural law of sex. But certain religious calling is a must for celibacy.

Men and women will masturbate It is only natural. As in sexual intercourse, over-indulgence is bad.

Sex will rule a man's world. And many famous men and leaders due to sexual tryst, brought their downfall. Men are more vulnerable when come to sexual intercourse. Hence, why there are rapes and molests; it is due to the temptation of sex and the lust upon women...But then there are many sex maniacs in this world!

Sexual intercourse is always a delight be it licit or illicit...and many men would like the wild flowers to make their live more exciting as well as more misery in the long run. Without sexual intercourse, human will be extinct in time to come...Sex is the happening thing for men and women.

Many women after tasting sex intercourse, can never live without sex anymore. They just need the rod to fill into their orifice for the thrill of their lives. Spinsters may be different. if a spinster is a virgin, chances are they will never like men because their have never tasted the the ecstasy of the penis penetrating the sensuous vagina in coitus. Hence spinsters can be one-kind of a woman, though not all spinsters! Some spinsters might not be virgins for whatever reason. So may not be so one-kind when their sexual need arise, some may just love the penis secretly to stay discreet.

Everyone in the world love sexual intercourse, if not men would never be infidel to his wife to go for extra service from professional whores..like the under-aged harlot on-line sex business and our government suing each and every man...And the young prostitute made the money and the law protects her job..What kind of law is that?? On the other hand, many women would go for toyboys to satisfy their sexual needs when the husband under-performed or these women are just over-sex and coquettish.

The world will live on for the sexual intercourse of love and hate...It is the creation of the heaven since the day of Adam and Eve....

Virginity in this modern world of liberal sex is rare now.

A great class divide in First World Singapore.

A great class divide in First World S'pore!

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 4:58am

Poverty is the curse of the govt. A rich First World S'pore cannot take care of the poor is a sad reality of our govt that only care for an elitist society...

The class divide can be seen everyday on the street where people are struggling to survive by selling tissues and picking trash and cans for a living...Luckily, it is not a majority.

Our first class govt can lose billions every now and then but the society's poor are discarded as liability..especially the poor old seniors.

Our PAP Govt lacks the empathy and compassion but has no qualms to tax every citizen to enrich their high salary and ivory tower living...and to assist foreign countries but not our own citizens!

The grandeur facade of S'pore is for the world to see..

Our Govt of 52 years have failed the citizens miserably and need to be voted out gradually...come 2016!

PAP govt has entrenched themselves in a fortified 'S'pore Incorporation' and we are not a country anymore!

A country sold to the dogs!

NEA and AHPETC's boxing match !

NEA and AHPETC in a boxing match.. It is disgraceful that facts are not gathered but accusation and insinuation followed blow by blow..

Have it ever occur to citizens why at this juncture when WP secured two SMCs and GRC, the AIM saga and the cleaning issue of the hawker centres surfaced to the forefront...Is there a sinister agenda on ?!

So..PAP TCs are so pristinely efficient and so well managed to have no fault at all but supposedly WP's TCs are so problematic.

It all boils down to manipulation of the human mechanism to create unrest and falsehood...And many human just have no ding dongs in between the legs to be so easily manipulated. Meaning got no balls..and just do stupid things under instruction!

Let us wait till the meeting of AHPETC with NEA on 6th June to get a clear picture rather than conjecturing here and there...

NEA will defend their mistakes if any and just exit like nothing had happened...The system's servant has to show unfaltering loyalty to his master the  PAP!

In the world of humankind...where do we find moral courage in that many true person...We are dealing with the very human in our midst...

Many faithful canines have better animal sense...Are human worst than dogs???

Any government will do the same under such circumstances.

Every government will do the same under such circumstances.

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 9:48pm

On the issue of censorship of On-line Media...

The PAP govt will explain by their rules ....As long as we write with balance and impartiality..there is nothing that we are afraid off..Never be too extreme...We can criticise and give constructive feedback but we should never do a never-ending attack on a person or establishment...

Sometimes we must also put ourselves in that person's shoe....Nothing in life is easy..It is how you strike a balance of the YIN and YANG..

If a person keeps on attacking you for no apparent reason..you will be cheesed off too...so you will ban that person ..or find ways to stop him..

PAP is just doing it ...In neutrality everyone will do it too! But  they are imposing a very rigid rules of the $50,000 deposit on the license...

And a government like PAP will have all the power to suppress us the people... any government will do likewise !!

A deep reflection and calm deliberation is important to solve problems, not high-handedness...

Politics cannot serve two Masters.

Politics cannot serve two masters......

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Monday, May 27, 2013 at 12:11am

Political ideology and inclination is too complex for people not in the stream to understand....Try asking why Anwar Ibrahim, why he woke up...???

Politics do not serve two masters...When you realised the people are suffering in a rich First world S'pore and you are in the very centre of happening ...what would one do?...if one has that intuition of mind to decide another course of flow...we steer our directional compass....

People who never see are the delusionaries who will always be the followers of their own fate...

If the nation cares for its citizens and old sick and give cheap medical for the people..and do not stash their own coffers...it would be foolhardy to revolt against a good master..

Even an idiot can see what is happening to S'pore....It is the greater idiots than cannot see......

And the Govt just let in foreigners like the country belongs only to the PAP...The citizens suffers the most in our daily struggle for survival and daily needs....and the PWP -(population white paper) of 6.9 million  people..as though now S'pore is not crowded enough!! Is the  Govt really practising an inclusive society with the right core value??

The elites and ministers do not open their eyes because they already are all shut...to see our sufferings...They are never in touch with the masses to feel the hardship and pressure of living....

My moving away from the core structure of the system is a right move to send a message to PAP that not all people's mind are under their ideological control...

Our destiny of life lies in our understanding of our calling for the people of S'pore...to give a voice to the "voiceless"...

Enough is enough after 52 years of totalitarian and authoritarian rule...We the dedicated must change the course of history for a better S'pore for the people, by the people and with the people..

We will live to regret if we do not....!!

Chiam See Tong and his By-Election strategy of 1991..

Chiam See Tong and his By-election Strategy of 1991....

In total truth..Chiam was never a strong leader and his By-election strategy put PAP in the govt before even the election of 1991...It was a very disastrous move...I concurred with the late JBJ to be against it..

Then again those years ..the qualities of candidates in the opposition was so mediocre and Chiam as the then unofficial leader molded that idiotic strategy...there was no other better plan..and all went for the worst plan of a by-election strategy...

Come 2011..20 years down the road..we do not see many good opposition candidates too..Look at the RP candidates who fought LHL in Ang Mo Kio...The reason that many of us got at least 30 over percent was not because of the quality but the emotional votes against PAP...And only one candidate lost his deposit due to the party branding in Punggol East in the GE 2011...But the credibility came to play again in the PE BE in 2012...WP's Lee Li Lian won on more merits this time round....also on the strength of WP than the poor losers of RP and SDA..who only garnered 1% and 0.4% votes respectively..losing their deposits.

Even Marne Parade GRC...with newbie Nicole Seah and team against GCT got 44% vote..I do not see that as the the results of NSP excellence but the anger of citizens against PAP with emotional voting...

Come 2016 will be a different ball game..With better credible and creditable oppositions...PAP will be banging for a tought time...Citizens can see the credentials of the candidates now..And with the emotional uprising of the citizens..opposition can capture a sizeable parliament ..though I do not see that the opposition can come up with one-third opposition members of parliament. If 15 to 20 opposition MPs would be an achievement in GE 2016 !

And saying is easy...I know how hard it is for opposition to walk the ground with not much support (my last experience as a candidate in 2011!)..Hence, any opposition party or candidate worth his salt need to do the ground work at least two years before any GE...best would be every week of meeting the residents and walking the ground to be seen as true opposition of S'pore not just pop up during elections..

It will be a new awakening of the political twist come 2016..only if opposition knows how to go about securing their strong base...Even if there is 3 corner fights..it will be there if many opposition party candidates wrestle for supremacy of power ..no different from PAP...

We must learn from the mistakes of past SGs of the other parties...looking back into the failure of SPP's Chiam, RP's Kenneth and SDA's Desmond Lim...Never think as a Secretary-General (SG)  you are above every members of your party...without good members any party is just a party...nothing else....!!!

We need better and younger knowledgeable political interest to become better SGs....SGs must remember that one swallow does not make a summer..Only if you are Lee Kuan Yew, maybe, maybe....

We can see where is SPP is heading now....and can RP bring back its glory in the legacy of JBJ..And SDA (better to disband) can just forget about politics altogether....The citizens have made the choice in 2011...it will make more wise choice in GE2016.....

The choice is for better and more credible opposition in parliament come 2016.....PAP has seen their better days !!

A Solitary Thought.

A solitary thought...

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 3:21am

In the deep of night
the shadow of darkness is the only sight
in quiet repose of life journey
in my solitary sojourn.

the power of meditation
sharpens my mind's perspective
ever increases the awareness
of our citizens' fate.

in a country like Singapore
emulating the Swiss standard
only for the elite and upper echelon
the suffering of the citizens prolong.

is PAP governing past its time
to the dismay of the populace
Is there a new awakening
to redeem the country's grandeur.

without a change
life will be tough,
voting for a new government
to replace the last.....

On the Subject of Death.

On the subject of Death

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 11:51pm

Sumiko Tan, the editor of Sunday Life...in the Sunday life page wrote about death and a little of the afterlife after attending a colleague wake...Her colleague died at 50...a relatively young age...

If  I am not wrong..she is reaching 50, (I am following occasionally her writings) and god! is she afraid? Oh! everyone of us is afraid of death, not only her only..No one has experienced what death is...And death can never be experienced..And also is there a near death experience ???

Is death that fearful?...Yes my friends, death is fearful and hard to accept, if one is never prepared. But who would be prepared and think of dying when alive?..Not many..

At this juncture of her existence Miss Sumiko is thinking of what death is, And why not fix the age of death to everyone at 75.....Har!... wishful thinking..

Sumiko Tan's article search the mind's of people and at the same time pricks the conscience of truth..

It is not in dying that we are worried...it is how we live...In our old age if we can live a long life of refinement, it will be a blessing..Ageing is a perennial process of pro-creation of life.

We live to die peacefully...But the journey in life is full of dangers of how death can come about...sudden death in the form of accidents...in sickness,  are premature death.

Death is a taboo subject to discuss. But death is inevitable in the journey to life..

A good death is all many would wish for...And that really depends on each individual....Death is that fearful and the one wish many would wish may not come true for a good death...Sickness is always the precursor to a suffering death in many cases of human existence.

Another human fear of unknown is eternity. It is as fearful as death....for eternity is beyond the realms of reality....

The impending collapse of PAP and the Lee Dynasty..

Studying "The  March of Time" in Romans history, the great Empire conquered many parts of the old civilization, but in the end, it too perished into the annals of history only...We do remember the great Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony with the coquettish Queen of Egypt Cleopatra.

Singapore (S'pore) has been ruled by PAP for 52 years since 1959...It was not easy for PAP to build S'pore to this day. One man and his team did it and we citizens enjoyed the fruit of their labour then.

Nothing is permanent in life, as one old guard after another met their heavenly world, S'pore with founding old patriarch LKY and his new second generation of ministers transformed S'pore into a metropolitan city of the world..Life was still good and bearable.

Absolute rule has its evil and curse...When LKY started to pay themselves and the ministers big bucks to run a small country like S'pore, where can they get most of the money but from the citizens' blood and sweat earnings..Lok at all the increase in our daily needs...HDB, ERP COL, MRT and GST..etc...

Every year billions are paid as salary to all ministers. So each year more increases of taxes on ERP..PUB.MRT.Transports and the basic consumers needs. So life of citizens are becoming tougher and tougher.

Yet  the govt privatised most of the essential services to the public viz S'pore Power , SMRT, etc and open our small country to the influx of 'indiscriminate' foreigners...That is where the big bucks flows in too...
PAP has come a long way in its 52 years of rule by the only power they know off and all are 'lesser mortals to them as one MP Charles Chong said.

With sole power comes the abuse and arrogance.. With so many high and mighty young punk scholars inducted into the new cohort of PAP elites...the country should be moving upwards but  NO..it is moving downwards!!

Many of their policy changes affected the citizens tremendously, yet the govt of PAP never bate an eye-lid for consultation....until in GE of May 2011 when PAP crashed into a small defeat of Aljunied GRC and many of the PAP's elitists began to wake up from their slumber (literally..their balls all dropped!)...And we saw another two SMC fell subsequently....

So, S'pore needs an "inclusive society with core values" said LHL and open up the National Conversation...But before it takes flight..The Population White Paper (PWP) was read and approved in parliament to the great consternation of the wide population. These  triggered two protest in Hong Lim Park on the PWP.

The emotional charge sentiments of the citizens though only about 5000 people was clearly exhibited at the scene of the protest and worldwide coverage was reported.

PAP lost another round in its policy bulldozing tactics to the citizens...And all ministers scrambled into damage control and try hard to remedy their bloppers and dafts..A little too late ..

With the latest AIM saga..and another bulldozeing into parliament after MND review, PAP has truly sink to that abyss of the "black hole of Calcutta" And vehemently denied their wrong doing . PM LHL is so helpless to right the wrong and just leave it to the fall guy poor khaw Boon Wan (KBW) to moo moo his way on.. With Teo Ho Pin (THP) disgracefully defiant of his right handling of AIM as the 'King" of 14 Town Councils..

Let us remember...as human in this world, many are not that stupid as THP thinks..with his manipulation of AIM faulting WP on their FMSS...Another downside to PAP's hegemonic rule..

Time is the precursor to life's events and happenings...we can see that PAP is falling apart with all the third generation MPs and ministers making mistakes after mistakes. And it is really sickening for what we had admired the PAP of old..

It is the impending collapse of PAP and the Lee Dynasty with old patriarch weak and feeble moving into parliament with an aid to guide him..It really aches my heart seeing LKY from the public gallery..

The power, the glory, the strength that he helped build S'pore is gradually falling apart in the hands of his younger ministers...Many will be disheartened for that..so a change is in the offings..as nothing is permanent in life...

PAP's impending collapse will be a premonition of  truth with old patriarch LKY becoming a legend...

S'pore will be ruled by a two party coalition government in time to come...

PAP will live their last sooner than later...

The Power of the Penis

The Power of the Penis

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11:26pm

As I promised to Lianlian Loh Gliptis to pen a poem on the joys of the penis...
..when I posted the pussy creation...

The power of the penis...

A nature's gift to 'shiok' women of mature age
Who like to experience the 'rod' of  love
Only with minimal flick of her fingers
She will command the rise of the phallus..

Wanting more sexcite-ment to the foreplay
Many a man will be helpless at her slurp
Her mouth is the wonder orifice
Doing a Cecilia Su on a high..

Many would like to be Ng Boon Gay
getting all the lollipops in the years
Which man would not envy such
To just relax and be joyfully sucked..

The power of man so virile
Is the very thingie up in the sky
Man would never refuse a vagina
When the woman love his phallus.

An AIM to the ASSes of all Citizens

An AIM at the ASSes of all Citizens...

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 9:49pm

The final chapter closed on AIM.
PAP's KBW emerged the man not to blame,
for ill-handling of the review of AIM.

In parliament he bulldozed that the findings as pristine
To which WP is left with nothing to gain,
but a bad name for their political stance
Teo Ho Pin sat through it all with a big smile.

knowing  WP can do nothing to his "tryst"
THP might have lied all the way,
But who to fault him in his disarray
If LHL maintains the smooth passage of AIM.

Who is LTK to dig into PAP's shame?
Let us take this as a lesson,
What an absolute Govt can do to all citizens
Even though Sylvia Lim rebutted with all her might.

What can a mere seven opposition MPs do,
In the perimeter of eighty mules.
Only in the exercise of our votes,
Can we help change the mode of PAP's total rule.

Is Worker's Party alienating itself?

Is Worker's Party (WP) alienating itself ?

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 1:18am

WP has come a long way into the political scene of S'pore politics. We can never forget JBJ who formed the party even before Low Thia Khiang (LTK) knows what is politics. But before  JBJ, it was David Marshal who was the founder of WP.

So, it evolves to the hand of LTK when JBJ passed the baton to him..LTK made good to secure on seat in parliament then and has since been an MP for donkey years..

GE 2011 was a breakthrough by WP to trounce PAP in Aljunied GRC and history was created  when WP secured the supposedly strong fortress GRC of Georgie Yeo and team. With it, WP also secured their stronghold hougang SMC under Yaw Shing Leong (YSL)...Subsequently, when YSL was sacked due to his immoral tryst with a party member, the ward was never threatened. And Png Eng Huat wrestled Hougang against  a strong PAP challenge.

And WP went on to win Punggol East by-election (PE BE) vacated by PAP due to  Michael  Palmer picking on mangoes! So. Lee Li Lian won PE on a four-party contest and became an MP of WP

In all, WP has seven MPs and two NCMPs.  It is a milestone reached against the might of PAP dominance.

Since then, even before the  PE by-election, LTK displayed a total indifference towards opposition solidarity and unity by announcing in one of his rallies during PE BE that WP will not 'co-operate' with any other opposition parties.

So, has WP grown too alienated and strong that they believe they can stand alone in facing PAP? And what is the reason  for LTK  to be so openly stating his stand on WP. Has LTK and WP grown over and above their own imagination to be without reservation to state their stand?

At a time of political soul-searching to counter PAP, WP's bombshell serves only to frustrate all opposition. In as much as the opposition of S'pore are rather too immature to move ahead under the control of PAP in absolute power!

With the recent GE of Malaysia...many saw how the solidarity of the Malaysian Parties fought that strongly against BN and secure more that one third parliamentary seats..It will be a tall order for our opposition to do so in our very own country...It will take a number of years for our opposition to even measure up to a quarter of Malaysian oppositions. We cannot deny the truth of self-alienation of our political parties ?

We just look at SPP and RP, where are they heading now??

Hopefully, WP will not be that 'self-serving strong' to want to wear a big hat when the size does not fit. Yes! politics is all about manipulation and smart moves, but you can see many of our oppositions' Secretary-generals, being too smart and egoistic to move to doom...viz... Chiam See Tong, Kenneth Jeyaretnam, Desmond Lim and Goh Meng Seng.

So, is WP and LTK alienating its party into political doomsday or is the party moving in robust pace to secure more seats from the dominance of PAP?... GE 2016 will be exciting to see not only WP but SDP, and NSP forging an inroad to political recognition...

Mother's Day....

Mother's Day is tomorrow...(12.5.13)

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 7:49pm

Without mother , there will be no father. And the argument goes to say without father there will be no mother too. So, who is greater? The chicken and egg theory !

In olden times , mothers mainly were the homemakers and fathers the breadwinners. But in our present modern society, fathers and mothers need to supplement the family income. Hence , mothers nowadays, play equal role as the father.

Mothers are still great. Most children tends to be closer to the mother than father.

With society's changing pattern of living conditions, mothers played lesser role as the housewives than the maids of the house. Children are left in the care of maids since a very young age , so the bondage of mother's care is much less and the love is only felt through the heart. The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.

Children lost the formative years of growing up with less time from the mothers due to work commitment. In the process, mother's love is seen as more distant with less family cohesiveness.

Modern mothers face the stress of society and work life and indirectly it affects the upbringing of the offspring.
Maids are closer to the children than the mothers.

Unfortunately, this trend will be here to stay...so the modern mother can never be looked upon as devoted to the children as the mothers of yesteryear.

With such social dis-integration of social harmony and warmness...many children grew up lacking mother's love.
And we find many latchey children and rebellious kids on the rise. Is that due to the social disorder of the living with greater emphasis on family's financial wellness than moral family togetherness?

It will be a tall order to bring back the days of old..when every time a kid runs into trouble, mother would always be at hand to solve the problem. Mothers will still be around as mothers but the social norms of living is far from what a mother would be in the times of our grandmother and even our mother's era.

As for fathers...its influence on the child is not as strong as the mother even to this present day, since time immemorial...

Mothers are still best, no matter what changes the world, society or Singapore's way of life  has brought about the alienation of  family harmony and cohesion.

In part ,we blame it on the Government's relentless push for excellence, in the neglect of what a family of warm and happiness should be...Should we blame on the mothers (having to work) or the govt...?

We blame it on the social degradation of our pursuit of materialism and its needs to the spiritual solace of the family...

Mothers are not to be blamed......It is the decadence of ociety brought about by the modern world surge.

With that I wish all mothers.......

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY tomorrow... remembering my beloved late mother (died at age 94 years) who brought up nine offspring single-handledly without a so-called maid in those carefree simple good old days.

How prepared will our Opposition be in the run to GE 2016 ?

How prepared will our Opposition be in the run to GE 2016 ?

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 10:19pm

Malaysia's  General Election (GE) was over and  Barisan  Nasional (BN) won with 133 seats to PR with 89.  BN is denied a two-third majority. And Pakatan Rakyat (PR)) did a little better from  82 to 89 seats from the previous GE.

The GE of Malaysia was a more volatile and dangerous election.. The eleven days of campaigning saw explosion of bombs and injury to members. But one thing is certain in the politics of Malaysia, there is no gerrymandering of boundary and no GRCs of the Govt to have a upper hand against the opposition.

Opposition parties of Malaysia especially DAP. Pakatan and PAS are a force to reckon in solidarity and unity....unlike S'pore's political parties...to each their own, and the state of affair of our opposition leave much to the desire...

Apart from WP who has already had an inroad into parliament , the other parties like SDP, NSP, RP, SPP etc are still finding it tough to penetrate the wards of PAP...

A post morten by opposition would do well for them to strategize their future engagement with PAP in the GE  2016 to come...

Every election is about the party and the people...heart shattering emotional issues. There is no better time than now to walk the grounds conscientiously to be in full view of the voters in each respective constituency that the party is to contest...Hard work will reap havest. Why is the opposition still behaving so lackadaisical to move in force in engaging the ground?

Every election, when near, will see more activities rather than the normal frequent rapport and knowing of the citizens...

PAP has come a long way to learn their lesson to re-invent themselves in such close encounter... by the way Lee Bee Wah is engaging with the residents of Nee Soon...She 'die die' must show her Ah Huay face...So, can the opposition do as such??...On this aspect, I must give LBW the credit...I do not see any other opposition members that hardworking as her....though there are more to just engaging citizens....

Nevertheless, this mode is the very basic yet rewarding stance to garner votes and better rapport. That is what our opposition is lacking...And with PAP coming on board with the National conversation and many forums on health..on housing...on education..etc, can the opposition keep pace with them.

There is little comparison in the opposition of Malaysia to that of S'pore...It is just a total different ball game.

How well our opposition can uproot more seats from the strong claws of PAP is how able the opposition can grasp this opportunity of 'high tension' of PAP's many mistakes ...Keep working on it and show the residents opposition means good alternative change from the PAP govt..

Talk is easy..working the ground may be harder.....People's charisma play a strong part in the cause of  change...But at the end of the day...how the opposition projects it image to the populace is how the battle can be won....Unity and Soldarity is still the missing words....and please stop all the BICKERING when election is near.

We never heard of Malaysian political parties at loggerhead among themselves...(even if they did, they resolved quickly and amiably)...

Singaporeans are watching for a good performance of the opposition parties to trash PAP as hard as they can.

The time will come in GE 2016....The mantra is how to work it well !!

An Inspiration of the mind.

An Inspiration of the Day..

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 9:10am

The balance of mind and body
a healthy way to stay
Some days may be misery
In a stressful tiny dot S'pore.

Overcrowding is an everyday chore
Fighting hard to stay and go
unable to meet the rising cost
life is a drudgery for one and all
especially if you are poor.

where is the solace in living a life
in a country of the elites
only our own wellness do we search
for the serenity of our heart.

No more Self.....

No More Self - A Buddhist Perspective by Ven.Yen Pei

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 9:54am

Everyone of us has a self-concept. People attach great importance to the "self" and develop egoism. This results in antagonism among people. Some thinkers who hold the self view encourage people to have self-recognition, as well as mutual respect for one another. (My Take: which is never wrong in the mundane world of human idiosyncrasies) !

However, from the Buddhist perspective, the endless problem in this world cannot be solved if we acknowledge the existence of "self" This is because once we attach importance to the "self", we will tend towards self-inflation and self-augmentation. In this way, we will easily offend people or create unhappiness for them.

Human life is a combination of various causes and conditions. It is not a real, substantial "self", Buddha told us that the human life is merely a false "self". The two main constituents of human life form are mind and matter. In the absence of any of these, the human life form cannot come into existence. If the "self" really exists, then is the mind the "self" or is matter the "self"?

If the mind is the "self", then there is no need for the matter, if matter is the "self", then there is no need for the mind. In reality, the mind and matter of human life form cannot be separated. Since the human life form is a combination of various causes and conditions, how could the "self" exist.... So denial of "self" is the key to resolving problems.......Venerable Yen Pei..

Is PAP gerrymandering in GE 2016 again?

Is PAP gerrymandering again in GE 2016?

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 7:46am

Punggol East  became PAP's Achilles heel...though Potong Pasir was wrestled back, but only with a slim votes of 100 over for PAP. Joo Chiat who fielded a 'had been' in Charles Chong saw a close fight with WP.

So, this three SMC will be a tight-rope to walk for PAP come GE 2016.

With the general emotional sentiments riding high against PAP's policies and by far the worst is the PWP (Population White Paper), citizens will never forget the indignity that many got to face having have PAP in power for 52 years. Though to be fair, those early 20 years was the best of PAP building the nation by the old Guards!

Why has a govt under PAP gone from better to worst in the last 10 to 15 years of policy tweeting and manipulation?

The overview and oversight of PAP's policies will be their imminent downfall in the near future. And it may be predictable.

So, how can PAP maintain the dominance it had held for so many years? Their think-tanks will be working hard. But then, even an ordinary citizen will know what is up PAP's sleeves.

Come GE2016, maybe the greatest gerrymandering of PAP fight for survival and political perpetuation...

My analysis and what a friend thought concurred. PAP may do away with Potong Pasir and induct it into the GRC of Bishan-Toa Payoh, a bigger GRC and then may split it into two  3-member GRC of Bishan GRC and Toa Payoh GRC. Likewise Punggol East will merge with Punggol-Pasir Ris GRC and also be split into two 3-member GRCs of Punggol GRC and Pasir Ris GRC.

Joo Chiat will be a hot seat. And WP will wrestle the ward easily from PAP..WP did very well to score about 49% votes in Joo Chiat SMC.

Marine Parade GRC without Senior Goh at the helm is precarious. And Tan Chuan Jin started on a wrong footing with the citizens of S'pore for his mis-handling of the so-called bus drivers strike and his open policy of bringing in more foreigners..Though at his moment..a curb is on. But too late for reprieve.

PAP is at a crossroad of political soul-searching and many sacred cows will be slaughtered. In the history of political dominance, no party of the world can rule perpetually. It has come at a time of citizens disgust and the govt's adamant push for great economic numbers, oblivious of what a true INCLUSIVE Singapore  is ! And PAP keep on saying about inclusive S'pore and S'poreans...Is it a joke?

It is the time of our lives, of the citizens suffering on over-crowding.... on housing's "affordable" price, on the lost of jobs to foreigners...leaving many of our PMETs  going for 'wild goose chase' for jobs..

It is rather absurd and incredible that the govt did not see these all coming but blindly pushing for GDP and over-rated economy. And the citizens bear the blunt of the situation.

And with health cost escalating day by day and Health minister Gan Kim Yong wasting so much time in National conversation but not much action for health cost to come down for the average poor citizens and poor senior old folks, are all at the receiving end..And public hospitals are becoming commercially run entity to make more money than to look at the citizens health welfare.

The time is near for for a certain shock to PAP's elitist and comfy well-paid living...

Should PAP not rethink many of its policies to be in tune and tandem to the citizens rather than to themselves only?... Please put on your thinking cap PAP....citizens are tired of Pay And Pay....and many increases..amd the high inflation!

Political inroad by opposition parties of Singapore..

Political inroad by opposition parties of Singapore.

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 8:35am

Opposition parties of S'pore have come a long way from persecution and political suppression by the draconian law and rule of the present govt....

The awakening arrived painfully but swiftly during GE 2011. PAP lost one strong GRC in Aljunied..And that is history. Many suppressed citizens rejoiced with jubilation. PAP was fcuked hard and deep! Georgie Yeo supposedly an indispensable Foreign minister was knocked out cold.

Workers Party (WP) made history as the first opposition political party to trounce PAP big time. It is  the beginning of political inroad by opposition parties, by WP.

And WP moved to win the by-election of Punggol East (PE BE), caught PAP pants down. All knew it coming except PAP..they are living in their own world of reverie to even have a feel of the citizens emotional dissent !!

But unfortunately, Low Thia Khiang dropped a bombshell during one rally for PE BE. He did not believe in opposition unity nor opposition consolidation..Well. success might have gone into the SG's head.

Sad for opposition inroad to oust PAP....

But in the meantime, each opposition party is building up their membership of better party members in preparation for the GE of 2016.

S'pore's opposition parties are really a pathetic sight! Small, not well organised..Having SGs (secretary-generals) that have one common trait..BIG EGOs..

Look at Kenneth Jeyaretnam and Desmond Lim of RP and SDA...both too egoistic to even understand the ground of political resonance, hence they lost in PE BE so pathetically. Both also lost their deposits... Desmond Lim the second time.

So, can these kind of SGs lead a parties?..or even dream of leading S'pore. My advice is ..please retire from politics and look into your own strong area of expertise !

We also have SF and DPP . Do citizens even know these two parties exist at all..For the record SF is Socialist Front, helmed by lawyer Chia Tik Lik and DPP, (Democratic Peoples Party) changing SG to Benjamin Pwee lately from Seow Kee Leng...DPP is also an old party but dormant since many moons.

And now I come to SPP (S'pore Peoples Party) with senior Chiam See Tong. SPp was once a leading party with Chiam as MP of parliament for many years..But due to lack of foresight and political selfishness, his succession plan was never his priority. so Lina Chiam lost the Potong Pasir seat to PAP Seetoh and Chiam was knocked out from Bishan Toa Payoh GRC...The worst political move by Chiam, sent him and his party into oblivion.

SDP and NSP are doing fine with new bloods and eager to excel in political stardom...

Political inroad for opposition parties in S'pore is still a long way to form an alternative govt due to no political understanding and unity. Look at Malaysian opposition political parties unity, it put S'pore opposition to shame!

Opposition inroad in S'pore is a long way to Tipperrary. PAP govt is never threatened but little shaken. In so far as the oppositions cannot have more candidates into parliament...PAP will be singing themselves to the bank and fcuking up  every citizens' lives with their push to 6.9 in 2030..We are doomed to be sardines in a can!!

So, where do we go from here?....When is the opposition able to even form a two party system or coalition with PAP in parliament??  Citizens want our lives back from the overcrowding and do not want to be  foreigners in our own motherland.

We cry for our Singapore !!

NB: The word FUCK is an expression of a strong connotation of disgust...nothing else...If everyone is easily fucked then S'pore will be having plentiful of illegitimate babies...!!...HAHAHAA !!

Sacrificing the Sacred cow - PAP and Lee Bee Wah

Sacrificing the Sacred cow - PAP and Er Dr Lee Bee Wah

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 10:15pm

Lee Bee Wah (LBW) suddenly shot into notice (not prominence) lately when she started posting all her activities on Facebook (FB)....Why is it so? But before I go further with LBW, let me just introduce her for those who never even knew of her existence.... Is that a joke?

LBW was born in Johor on 6 of October 1960..a Buddhist and married with 2 children..That is all I know about her..A search on Wikipedia got no write-out on her. She runs her own LBW Engineering Consultancy firm with her husband.

Now, to answer my own question why LBW is so active lately to engage residents of Nee Soon and doing everything on FB for all to know and of all person tagged every move to me...Luckily, when she visited the loo...she did not inform me or putting on a new Max Factor makeup...Cold sweat lah!

Remember LBW's belief that only imported ping pong girls can bring S'pore medals...So. she went on a crusade of recruiting and converting many PRC ping pong girls to become citizens...Yes. they brought pseudo fame to S'pore by winning silver and bronze in the Olympics..But is that a big deal when no true blue citizens were bestowed that honour ?

Then LBW had differences with the national coach and that happened to be a PRC coach too. It was  so degrading of her , just immediately after the silver medal win...The fracas with the coach..Many S'poreans never felt proud for that moment of 'glory'.

LBW is president of S'pore Table Tennis Association (STTA), did she really bring honour to S'pore ?? But reality is more incredible than fiction...After that, one ping pong girl (mind you a citizen already!) got her 1.27 million (maybe more) prize money and left the team  to go back to China to live happily ever after..

So are we feeling proud of the program of grooming champions out of imports?...We are all disgusted by it!!

And now at this moment of her uncertainty..LBW is working hard to please PM LHL, which she had never done before.."walking the dog"and walking her talk. And  she takes everything in her pace to even pick litters for the estate, as though there are no Town Council cleaners to keep the estate of Nee Soon clean..!!

Lee Bee Wah is going through a baptism of fire....and the proverbial sacrificing of the sacred cow..She may see her last as MP for Nee Soon GRC...

PM Lee is adamant to have his succession plans of new candidates for PAP, hence LBW , most likely will be superannuated. The likes of Lim Sia Suay, Lim Hng Khiang and even Yacoob Ibrahim, etc, to give way for new younger blood. And hopefully LHL knows how to pick or choose the right PAP cadres..not good for nothing generals to be in the elitist system to draw exorbitant paychecks..

And do you all remember the 'asshole' surgeon Koh Poh Koon...he lost to a Ah Lian of  WP....Is not LHL bewildered and flabbergasted by that lost?? LHL need to soul search why that got to happen!!

PAP is re-inventing themselves and try ever so hard to soothe the sentiments of the people after the PWP..on 6.9 population in 2030. (Is 6.9 not a French kiss of sexual libido but without bearing children...and we thought the govt wants citizens to have more babies??...lol !)

It is rather sad, the more PAP did , the more mistake they made...And to think that even a cartoonist Leslie Chew was arrested under the Sedition Act, is really absurd...A cartoonist is to humour people...Has the govt gone paranoia on their own account ?...So, whatever LBW did for PAP will come to no avail in view of this unfortunate incident..

Is not the protest at Hong Lim Park a greater event than a drawing of cartoons??

We believe in a democratic country...such episode would not happen...but why is it happening in S'pore??

PAP will be had in year 2016 come the next  general election...It will be the awakening of the populace to see to the gradual demise of PAP government....

Permanent Residents' (PRs) agenda in buying a resale Flat.

The PRs' agenda buying HDB resale flats..

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 3:50pm

HDB resale flats has never been so expensive on the market even 8 years ago..Today, if you want to buy a 3-rm resale flat it would cost you $400,000 up from $170,000 only a few years ago...

Why is this happening to our resale flat price escalation?...This has to do with the PR foreigners which the govt indiscriminately gave them PR status..With that PR status...these foreigners can buy resale flats on the market. When the demand is high and supply low...the market price surged up and up. It is a normal phenomena..

But why has it got to do with the govt...?? It is a grey area to open the resale market to PRs to buy, hence the problem arises to uncontrollable proportion.

Many PRs after getting that status and surprisingly many are cash rich too, will go hunting for resale flats...And many would buy it with solid cash. Hence even the Cash over valuation (COV at one time surged to $50,000 and above with some even paying $100,000 COV for a 5 rm flat.

After buying  the resale flat, many do not stay in but rented it out to other parties and collect rent to service the monthly mortgage loan if they did not pay full cash  for the flat but took a loan...

Resale flats only can be sold off after 5 years...So, in the meantime this PRs worked in S'pore with monthly salary and rental to collect from their flats rented out...

The time comes for them to pack all and return to their own country after the mandatory 5 years ownership of resale flats..Many would sell them, took all their money and their savings from their work in S'pore..to the tune of more than 500,000 and others PRs may even amass $1,000,000 and bring it home to their country and start a rich ever after life..Singapore may even be a stepping stone to them for citizenship in the West...

In this case the suffering people are the citizens, due to their policy of PRs able to own resale flats, are screwed by this state of affairs...Statistics will show how many PRs have sold their resale flats after 5 years and returned home...Will the HDB furnish such statistics to the general public to see??

The suffering people are the citizens of S'pore.with resale flats going up the sky, have to wait for new flats..But many are not eligible anymore due to two times owning a new flat from HDB...And this time the citizens are being fucked not only by the govt but by the PRs also..

So, do PRs S'pore really boost up the economy of S'pore..Yes they do with the buying and selling..but the amount of money taken out of S'pore when they decided to give S'pore as just a stepping stone to better lives somewhere...our govt is really FUCKED by the many foreigners turned PRs then turned quitters after making good money in S'pore merely for 5, 10 years residence??

Does the PAP govt open their eyes and ears to hear the tales of successful rich PRs leaving S'pore as millionaires ??

Is it not time for the govt to change its policy on PRs buying resale flats?  Buying it but not allowed to rent  out for at least 5 years from the onset of ownership..

Either way...the govt has fcuked up themselves and citizens of S'pore are at the receiving end of HDB price escalation year after year...

Is there an end to the 'AFFORDABLE' public HDB price?...even the new flats built by HDB are not cheap anymore...

I bought my new 5rm flat near Bedok Reservoir area for S$170,000 in 1994 (lift to every floor and an area of 128 sq metres-1377sq ft)....Now everyone can only dream of that price in their reverie !

My grand daughter Claire and me...Will she able to own a HDB flat in time to come.

Is God truly god or a vehicle of man?

Is God truly god or a Vehicle of man?

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 9:42pm

God is helpless to deal with human.....The basis of societal harmony is how well one reacts with another in situations and circumstances..

The moral courage to own up to one's mistake and do not shift blame that others are envious of your success...

If one is truthful and honest in life, the force of nature in so called god (in man) will assist you to greater heights..

One cannot betray one's decency of one's conscience....!!

Kong  Hee is facing the baptism of fire....the final judgement is not by god but the justice of the law.

God  is just a spiritual consolation  for people to fall back because of emotional insecurity..In such instance...one becomes so vulnerable to any influence and indocrination for a fear of god....And the controlling of one's mind begins in the name of god..

So ..if there is a god, how does life fit in in cheats and charlatans in the name of god and live one's god-given life under pretext of salvation....???

Tharman Shanmugaratnam-shan shan (Hokkien means dar-ing.)

Tharman shan-shan...(in Hokkien means very dar-ing)

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 4:29pm

Tharman Shanmugaratnam was born in1957...A rather smart kid..Life is good to him in a system of PAP's "meritocracy."

Was Economic Director of Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 1993..But was charged under the official Secret Act (OSA) involving the release of S'pore 1992 clasified document..Was acquitted but charged with a lesser negligence and fined $1,500....Not enough for him to be barred from contesting as a PAP candidate..If you are fined $2000 and above you cannot hold public office...Hence JBJ had to give up his seat as MP in Anson then being fined $2000 ..What irony and a certain agenda !!

Today Tharman 'Shanshan' is riding on a high and is  hoarding the limelight of PAP's echelon of elites.. He held  af ew other portfolios before and now is the Finance minister..The recent Budget 2013 released by him was a turning point of his charge in the Finance ministry....though rather mediocre, Budget 2013 was quite balanced....Although no actual cash was given to the citizens...all in the form of rebates and transferring money from here to there...

He did well to have a program on him :Ask DPM Tharman Special (not Ass Tharman special..that would be against Section 377A!)....hahaaa!

Tharman talks about meritocracy is  a vision of S'pore as society of equals...How equal may I ask?...Talk is equal..what else is really equal? He answers questions on the economy, politics and social media in a nearly tow hour long interview with ST Deputy Editor Zuraidah Ibrahim and journalist Robin Chan and Aaron Low..Excepts can be read in detail in ST of 19.4.13,...Home page B5..

Tharman said that PAP to remain dominant but without being dominating...Are you kidding my dear Tharman (I may address you my junior if you are not a minister in the elitist PAP...as I 'ate more salt in life' than you (you were born in 1957 I was born in 1945...har! har!). But that is not the point...

The point is , yes in another decade PAP will be the dominant party in charge but the ground is shifting and the opposition inroad is building up..More credible and  in-touch-of-the-ground opposition will emerge.

WP will be a party to watch having already seven MPs in parliament...SDP is re-inventing themselves and with care and substance can be a party to be reckoned.  NSP is trailing a little behind, in that they are considered a relatively young party after the old timers gave way to the young Turks to hold fort in Hazel Poa Poon Poon (sounds like a pom pom girl).. The other splinter small opposition parties need to truly re-invent themselves to be even heard off.

DPM Tharman has the quality of a PM compared to Teo Chee Hean whose popularity index dipped so low now that his big nose (his nickname) is gasping for air to breathe..

As the politics of S'pore move along in a scenario of overcrowding everywhere in S'pore...property prices (though govt tried cooling measures) is not seeing any reprieved..In this respect...the govt and MND is to be blamed for a free market fall.... The high COL...the salary stagnation of employees. Nothing  is working in good tandem this 10 years of PAP extreme policy shift and implementation...The citizens all suffered ...

A word to Tharman, the wakening of living wellness is not your call of meritocracy , it is the basic call of the population across all spectrum...It is the emotional call for change and how long can the citizens suppress such sentiments of emotion than by the arrival GE 2016....the results will be the deciding factor !!

Tharman 'shanshan', PAP will need greater re-invention before and after GE 2016 provided there is no drastic gerrymandering of boundaries to the benefit of the ruling party...It is the only best thing PAP knows how to do to retain their dominance..

Good Luck Mr Tharman, not 'Tammat' (Malay means The end)

Cry for me Pulau Ubin, not Argentina!

We CRY for Pulau Ubin.....

The rustic beauty of nature's enclave, Pulau Ubin has a bombshell dropped just a few days ago by the very govt who just want nothing but more money..

Pulau Ubin is our  last unspoilt haven of S'pore's for S'poreans to de-stress, with the main island so over-crowded and crying for space.

The govt already has a blue print to develop Ubin for their own ulterior motives..It will no be surprising if another Casino is to be built there..as building a third IR is already in the govt's offings..

After the initial cheaper rent...and 5 years down the road, the residents got to pay market price...It is tantamount to force-evict those poor residents who all these years are living a simple poor but happy life on the island...

Citizens are powerless to even plead for residents...We can only plead for ourselves at the polls in GE 2016..to save the last bastion of natures' joy where weekends S'poreans can escape to the serenity of  more space and cleaner fresh air..

S'porean will always be short-changed by the authoritarian, despotic govt of PAP...

We cry for Pulau Ubin, not Argentina!

A satirical sexy poem for PAP

A satirical sexy poem for PAP

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 10:00am

This poem I wrote in year 2011 and reproduce for your humour and clear mind.....

Tiger, tiger burning bright
in the bedroom of the night,
what immortal phallus you have got,
to screw the living daylights
out of all the PAPpies might.

alas! the opposition cannot stand firm
shooting each other with water paint
in comes Shanmugam's 'ebony'
that will forever seal death-row
Yong Vee Kong's destiny.

ministers' entry by the back-door,
magnanimous to open the front
for increased NMPs and NCMPs to screw
a parliament that is all solid white.

until the whip is lifted for a vote
every sitting is without consummation.
leaving parliament with great frustration
forever without a double orgasm............

A poem dedicated to Kong (Con) Hee

A poem dedicated to Kong (Con) Hee

by Patrick Lee Song Juan (Notes) on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:49pm

A young man of humble beginnings
With wife Ho Yeow Sun
Living in a five room HDB flat
Life was simple and honest.

Never believe a man can change
Adopting a name of Kong Hee
Forming City Harvest Church in god's name
And CHC grew by leaps and bounds

Before long he is worshipped as the living god
His congregation grew to 20,000 strong
Along the way, the church fund too
Giro deduction is the order of practice

In no time they acquired Suntec City
For  a princely sum of $300 million
It is incredible for a church to be that rich
And the shady dealings is slowly unfold

In steps CAD to investigate
And it took three solid years
To piece all the evidence
To formerly charge the leaders in court

And Kong Hee becomes Con Hee
Ho Sun dancing to the tune of 'China wine'
Living it up as a celebrity in US
Yet never made it to the top

Living it up in Sentosa Cove
In a property worth 20 million
Con Hee still maintain his 'integrity'
To the last of his dignity

Justice will prevail in the trial
A 'living god' greater than god
God is crying in heaven
For such a man in his cosy haven.

To save or to perish - Lui Tuck Yew

To save or to perish.....

Lui Tuck Yew is at his wits end after taking over the Transport ministry from that 'disgraced' sacked Raymond Lim..who did nothing but sat on his big fat pay. The frequent breakdown is the greatest sore point..And Saw Phiak Hwa is enjoying her life playing golf with Ho Ching now, passing all the shit of SMRT to Desmond Kwek

We must give minister Lui a chance to prove his worth in this trial of free ride in the morning till 7.45 am come June 24....But is it not the govt are knocking their heads with their own pricks!...If in the first place if the floodgate was not opened so indiscriminately, our local population will not stress on the MRT system.

It is a trade-off the govt has to bear the responsible and bring solution to solve it..

When one over-does something..one pays the price. (the cause and effect). So, never discount the 'karma' of doings. Is it a lack of foresight or the greed for the bottomline of the GDP...blown out of proportion??

We are seeing the cracks in the govt...like housing too...The wide disconsolation of living and the emotional anger of the true blue Singaporeans.

PAP is too long as a govt for the comfort of the citizens but themselves only...

Exercise your votes wisely come GE 2016

Is Old Age a Gem or a Sadness?

OLD AGE is a golden gem if well planned...A drudgery, a sadness of existence wasted if unable to compromise the joy of ageing gracefully.

The sad truth is, S'pore is purportedly to be a first world country, but the senior old folks, many live a wretched lonely life. There is no directional compass nor focus..Being a volunteer for old folks..I understand their plight.

Has society failed them or they failed society?..Old age dignity has eroded with the passing of their youth glory. The destiny of old age has a bearing to the system of our government...

Is there a glory in ageing in S'pore?...The societal fabric is disintegrated by the very harsh policies of the govt. Many old folks will live to reflect and regret....The old age rich will rejoice as money is God!

A Thought...

Good morning Singaporeans, today is Monday 15.4.13. A new week brings with strong anticipation of the mind's awareness and may all of us have good thoughts....

My thought of the day:...The very fact that humanity lingers on in the evils of mankind's atrocities and sinister intention, the world will need many insightful mind of strong meditators to balance the equilibrium of mankind's existence.

We are the very mortals that exist alongside the evils of the world of creed, desire and craving.

The emptiness of serenity entrails and encapsulates our mental faculty into a semi-conscious state of Jhana where the wisdom of meditation would have reached another level of the realms --

Read my Blog for a varied of thoughts and diverse views of life, sexy poems and political manipulation in our S'pore brand of politics. Regards...

On Death

Today Sumiko Tan (14.4.13), the editor of  Sunday Life...in the Sunday life page wrote  about death and a little of the afterlife after attending a colleague wake...Her colleague died at 50...a relatively young age...

If I am not wrong..she is reaching 50, (I am following occasionally her writings) and god! is she afraid? Oh! everyone of us is afraid of death, not only her only..No one has experienced what death is...And death can never be experienced..Is there a near death experience ?

Is death that fearful?...Yes my friends, death is fearful and hard to accept, if one is never prepared. But who would prepare and think of dying when alive?..Not many..

At this juncture of her existence Miss Sumiko is thinking of what death is, And why not fix the age of death to everyone at 75..

Sumiko Tan's article search the mind's of people and at the same time pricks the conscience of truth..

It is not in dying that we worried...it is how we live...In our old age if we live a long life of refinement, it would be a blessing..Aging is a perennial process of re-creation of life.

We live to die peacefully...But the journey in life are full of dangers of how death can come about...sudden death in the form of accidents...in sickness, all are premature death.

Death is a taboo subject to discuss. But death is inevitable in the journey to life..

A good death is all many would wish for...And that really depends on each individual....Death is that fearful and the one wish many would wish not to come truth.

Another human fear of unknown is eternity. It is as 'fearful' as death or is it a Shangri-la ?

Kong (Con) Hee and many of his blind followers.

I am not against religion nor do I against Christianity...The basis of religion is to teach wholesome living in harmony to the greater God which maintains the balance of the universe with  humankind...

KONG HEE AND HIS BLINDED FOLLOWERS...

I have always advocate my Voice for the poor and deprived...the senior poor folks and the destitute...Yet in our society of meritocracy as expounded by the govt, the rich is living up to it on the contribution of the poor too.

But the greatest cardinal sin is those who in the name of god, hoodwinked many poor folks to believe god will bless them many folds if they contribute generously to the church of god...but it is to the coffer of the man who appropriately called himself Kong Hee (Fai Cai). He is reverted as the 'living god' by his followers..

And to top it all, City Harvest Church (CHC), through the years have 'preached' or coerced the congregation to donate to Kong Hee and his leading cronies' high lifestyle in the name of his money-god.

Many used GIRO for a 10% deduction to the CHC fund willingly (yet not giving to their old aged parents)..Is this what the pastor of CHC been preaching for more donation so that Kong Hee can live in a $20 million Sentosa Cove upgraded from a 5-rm flat?...See how great is god to Kong Hee with the help of so many stupid blinded followers..among them many professionals.

Justice must be carried out on 15th of May..CHC's first case in court, God is great but the court of law by the very human is greater....Man vs god, god vs man and man vs man in the justice of man !!

Charlatans must be nailed and nailed good, beyond the holy cross...

Ignorance is the curse of god...Jesus Christ is weeping in heaven !!

What has become of God in the eyes of cheats and bluffs??  Reduced to nothingness...

It is in the eyes of those who cannot see and ears who cannot hear....the death of human awareness and judgement of truth !!

KONG HEE.... FAI CAI !!..(the prosperous Kong Hee) !!

Can Teo Ho Pin come out clean on AIM?

Every time when parliament sits, I am always sitting on top at the public gallery overlooking Teo Ho Pin. His lone figure hardly uttering any word and questions. Watching his pre-occupation of mind, one just wonder after AIM, is that seat going to be taken over by another opposition MP?

S'poreans are eagerly looking forward for the impartial review of AIM. Everyone knows how AIM begun, many will have an inkling how it will end. It needs no elaboration.

We believe PM knows what he is doing. It is another baptism of fire. Handling the AIM fiasco well will appease the electorate and citizens on a greater accountability of the govt. As it is, the govt's credibility index has faltered below the danger mark..Any more move by the PM that is contrary to the truth, will bear repercussive results. PAP will not want to be at this kind of low point again.

Whatever the outcome, Teo Ho Pin got to step down. Only then, S'preans will be able to compromise his arrogance of words and his lacking of moral courage to right a wrong...putting WP's Aljunied Hougang Town Council in jeopardy for a moment.

S'preans know our PM Lee is trying his best to project a better image of PAP after Aljunied GRC and Punngol East were lost. We believe PM Lee will know what to do with AIM and aim in the right direction.

Teo Ho Pin is precariously  balancing himself on a tight-rope with no safety net.

The whole of S'pore wants accountability and transparency. The ball is in LHL's court.

Shall S'poreans bide bye bye to Co-ordinating Chairman of 14 Town Councils Teo Ho Pin?

Is there a S'pore identity and core value in PAP's rule?

Live and let live in a world at the touch of a button...Our S'pore identity is eroded with the system's insistence of strong dependency on foreigners to the tune of almost 50% 'aliens' in time to come..

What does that mean to our S'pore identity and core values which through all the years...painfully nurtured?...Has the govt turned senile after 52 years of rule ??

The culture shock and habits brought in by foreigners are not in sync with our local ethos and way of life..?

Our little red dot is gasping for space to breathe. We definitely do not accept a mountain of foreigners but we do accept professionals who can contribute to the economy of S'pore..

Are we a nation of Toms, Dicks and Harrys?....Where do we S'poreans stand in a sea of foreign half-bakes, encroaching into our precious little spacious space left? In the process, directly cause the problem of housing escalation and the over-crowding in our transport system. But  our govt has done their homework with precise agenda to make money out of the numbers of foreigners !!

We S'poreans do not blame the foreigners, we blame the dastard policies of the govt..who is oblivious of the citizens' woes and sufferings...

Who are the elites that are living in their ivory towers to understand the plight of the ordinary citizens??

It is the PAP ministers and their cronies!

We will stand united to foster a true blue S'porean identity and a S'pore core value....
